Last week, the workshop “Entrepreneurship in Food and Technology” was held at Amsterdam Science Park. Organised by #COST Network CA15118 (Mathematical & Computer Science Methods for Food Science and Industry #FoodMC) which our lab is part of. Lola Fariñas, our postdoc, was selected to join it and had the chance to learn first steps on how start a company based on scientific research.
